SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM EST, or the next business day if placed after 12:00 PM EST.
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday.
All products are in stock and ready to ship.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after shipment (if available)
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
KEMOR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
KEMOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
